Day 6: Wednesday 11th August 2016

Today we went to spy mission which was so fun, we felt like mini James Bonds! Before getting back on the coach to come home! Although everyone is really sad that camp had come to an end everyone is excited to be heading home!

Day 5: Tuesday 9th August 2016

Today was full of different challenges. After challenge we had an apprentice task in which we had to pitch our ideas to get an investment in our companies. The panel was set out like dragons den.  We worked in our groups to come up with our idea and pitch before presenting it to the panel. Afterwards we did iclub which was really fun. Then there was 50/50 in which there were different team challenges to complete. My favourite was the balloon-shape making challenge!

Day 4: Monday 8th August 2016

Today was competition day. Colour war had us all wanting our teams to win. We all had to do different challenges to earn points for the team. After colour war we're having a bonfire which is really cool because we melted marshmallows and made smores, as well as circling the bonfire singing songs and telling stories creating a wonderful, heartfelt atmosphere.

Day 3: Sunday 7th August 2016

Today was so much fun! We went to Alton Towers and went on so many rides!

As well as stopping for lunch where we were able to sit and relax after an exciting morning, while planning our route for the rest of the days so we could get to the rides we wanted. 

After that we came back for dinner and we're having a cinema night to wind down from such a crazy day!

Day 2: Shabbat 7th August 2016

We felt very fresh this morning after our late Shabbat wake up! After davening it was time for lunch Shabbat lunch was so tasty too. The mitzvah board game and the newspaper game were awesome, but my favourite part of the day was the Havdalah party! Singing and dancing as we saw out Shabbat and entered the new week ahead! Shavua Tov!

Day 1: Friday 5th August 2016

After an exciting and tiring day yesterday it's good that Shabbat is on its way! After a later wake up it was time to prepare for a very special Shabbat, a Shabbat that we'll be spending all together. Each challenge group was tasked with making a Shabbat sign to hang in the dining room.

The Participants when then given free time to get ready before all coming back together to bring in Shabbat together as a camp creating a great atmosphere making the Shabbat even more special before sitting down to have a traditional Friday night dinner. After dinner the participants are all going to be welcomed to come and join what we call a 'tisch' which is a great big singalong!

Sadie Blakeley said: "Today was really fun because we had the change to get messy. And that we are all cleaned up we can't wait to get all dressed up for Shabbat on Camp Zev!"
